Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base

  ALL ABOUT THAT BASE!

I've never been one for primers or applying anything other than a moisturiser before doing my makeup as I've always had oily skin so having layers of stuff on my skin just never lasted long. As I got out of my teens and into my early 20s my skin did a massive change thanks to my contraceptive implant and all my oiliness went away. Now I need the moisture!

My holy grail is the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base cream. The smell alone is to die for. You don't need a massive amount and it works into the skin really well, it is also quite brightening! I apply this and then let it sit for ten minutes to allow it to penetrate. I also use it as a night cream if I need that extra juicy kick!

I've also been one to believe that eye creams never worked on me. I then realised I was just too young for them! I didn't have anything to correct around my eyes. I'm a firm believer of starting skin care early to see the benefits later on in life. I live for the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Eye Cream and the Bobbi Brown Hydrating Eye Cream. Both work wonders for under the eye adding rich moisture and smoothing effects. I use the Hydrating one at night as an eye mask.

Don't be put off by the price of an eye cream or the size of them. a 15ml eye cream retailing between £20-£30 is perfectly standard. Eye creams last a life time as you don't need a huge amount and people often go wrong by thinking they need a tonne of product. Always follow the instructions of eye creams as the skin around the eye is thin, delicate and can be sensitive.
